Sugrue The Trouble With Dreams 2017 is a vintage traditional-method sparkling wine produced in the South Downs of Sussex, England. A classic Champagne-style blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, the 2017 vintage features fruit from Jenkyn Place Vineyard in Hampshire owing to tiny harvests winemaker Dermot Sugrue`s own Sussex vineyards. With good bottle maturity, this elegant English sparkling displays notes of fresh apple and lemon posset along with delicate autolytic notes. Very pure with crisp acidity.
