A Colorado single malt produced in small batches by Stranahans. Each batch is a blend of barrels hand-picked by Master Distiller Rob Dietrich. Aged in #3 cha new American oak, Diamond Peak has a nose of dried apricot, leather, liquorice and a hint of wet cedar. The palate brings flavours of roasted coffee, butterscotch and spicy chocolate.
