First released in 2015, this 5-year-old rum from St Nicholas Abbey distillery was distilled and aged entirely on their estate in Barbados. It is made from freshly pressed cane juice, which is fermented for 5 days, followed by a 5-year maturation process in ex-bourbon casks. St. Nicholas Abbey rums are bottled in an elegant glass decanter and sealed with a mahogany cork.
