Established in 1982, St. George Spirits is an artisanal distillery based in Alameda, California. Breaking & Entering American Whiskey brings together bourbon and rye that head distiller Dave Smith sourced and then blended with California malt whiskey. On the nose, expect aromas of toffee, candied orange peel, cinnamon and cherry bark. The palate is rich with pecan pastry, bittersweet chocolate, fruit preserves and spices. Enjoy it in classic whiskey cocktails such as Old Fashioned and Manhattan.
