From the Speyside Distillery comes the second batch of ‘Trutina’, part of their Latin Collection which also includes ‘Fumaré’ and ‘Tenné’. This release is aged in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a cask strength of 59.9% ABV. Expect notes of ginger, lemon cake, stone fruit and liquorice. A straightforward dram, with light texture and crisp acidity.
