Hailing from Piedmont, this captivating white blend combines Chardonnay and Nebbiolo, the latter crafted as a `blanc de noir.`
The fermentation occurs solely in wooden vats, employing a pied de cuve from native yeasts and lasting approximately ten days. Following this, the wine matures in a neutral oak barrel for about two years.
