Old Scout Bourbon is a high-rye straight bourbon whiskey, bottled at 99 proof. It is blended in limited, hand-selected batches without chill-filtration. The mashbill here is 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malt and the spirits sees around five years in oak barrels before bottling. The is a smooth, sweet Bourbon with butterscotch, ripe red fruit and tobacco - a wonderful, easy-drinking whiskey.
