Château Simone is an illustrious estate located 4km from Aix en Provence, in the commune of Meyreuil. Palette Blanc is a unique blend of 80% Clairette, 10% Grenache Gris, 5% Ugni Blanc and 5% Muscat, with élevage on lees in used oak barrels. It is mid-weight, aromatic and textural, offering up notes of citrus and stone fruits, alongside more subtle hints of Provençal herbs and pine. A really gastronomic wine that would be perfect alongside classic Southern French dishes such as salad Niçoise or bouillabaisse.
