Silver Oak Cellars, established in 1972, focuses entirely on Cabernet Sauvignon lead wines. This vintage reflects the producer`s commitment to quality and their signature approach to winemaking. The 2008 is a blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, it shows very ripe aromas of blackberry syrup and dark fruits and floral notes, these are reiterated on the palate underpinned by soft tannins and a savoury graphite core. Enjoy now through 2035.
