Sebastiani Vineyards is a long-standing winery located in the heart of Sonoma Valley. Founded in 1904 by Samuele Sebastiani, it has a rich history spanning over a century and has been passed down through generations of the Sebastiani family. The 1969 Sebastiani Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic example of an older California Cabernet, offering complex flavours and aromas that come with age. On the nose, expect notes of dried red and black fruits, such as currants and black cherries, accompanied by hints of leather, tobacco and cedar. The palate reveals similar fruit flavours, intermingled with earthy, savoury notes and delicate nuances of dried herbs and spices.
