Established in 1868, Domaine Simon Bize is one of the finest producers in Savigny-lès-Beaune, producing both white and red Burgundy. Their holdings are, with minor exceptions, entirely within the Savigny AOC, a combination of premier cru and village-level expression. One of the domain’s most emblematic terroirs, Aux Vergelesses features high exposure to the sun and wind to create truly exceptional wines. They are complex, vibrant and wonderfully aromatic.
