Domaine du Pelican is a winery located in the Jura region of France, established by Guillaume d`Angerville of the renowned Domaine Marquis d`Angerville in Volnay. The `Savagnin Ouillé` is a white wine made from 100% Savagnin, which is a local grape variety well-suited to the Jura terroir. The term ‘ouillé’ refers to the winemaking practice of topping up the barrels with wine to prevent oxidation. The wine has a good balance between acidity and richness, providing a refreshing and complex drinking experience.
