Based in New Mexico, Santa Fe Spirits introduces an American single malt whisky, which pays homage to its Scottish counterparts. Unique to this whisky is the 30% malted barley that has been smoked using mesquite - a wood known for its sharp, distinct taste - imparting a delicately aromatic wood smoke quality to the spirit. At a robust cask strength of 65.7% ABV and aged for five years, this whisky is an exemplary addition to That Boutique-y Whisky Company`s USA Series. Its first batch graces the market with a limited release of 284 bottles.
