Situated in the Loire Valley, Gitton Père & Fils is a family-owned winery founded in 1945. This refined Sancerre underwent a 10-month ageing process in 30hl Slavonian oak barrels before bottling. The aroma hints at green apples, citrus fruits, white peaches, and a subtle layer of minerality. On the palate, expect flavours of honey, grapefruit, and additional mineral nuances.
