There`s plenty of tannic heft, but this is Pugnitello, after all. - Antonio Galloni - The 2021 Pugnitello is gorgeous. Dark, layered and expressive, the 2021 has a lot going on. Black cherry, plum, lavender, sage, mint and dried herbs all race out of the glass, framed by bright acids and beams of tannin that give the wine its shape. This is a fine effort from San Felice.
