`Sami-Odi Hoffmann Dallwitz Syrah 2021 is a full-bodied red wine produced from biodynamically farmed grapes in the Barossa Valley of Australia. Sami-Odi is the project of Kiwi-born winemaker Fraser McKinley, who produces small batches of powerful, concentrated Shiraz from very old vines in the northern Barossa Valley. Fraser worked for Torbreck Vintners before setting out on his own. The Hoffmann Dallwitz Syrah is sourced from the Hoffmann’s two oldest plots, planted in 1927 and before 1912. The wine was matured in Burgundian pièces 18 months` elevage.
