Camille Paquet comes from an influential winemaking family in Burgundy and his father is Michel Paquet of Domaine des Valanges. Based in the commune of Solutré-Pouilly, the Domaine owns and farms some highly respected single vineyards in both Solutré and Pouilly-Fuissé. This cuvée comes from a single vineyard in Saint-Véran, with chalky white and stony limestone soils. Expect a young and crisp Chardonnay, revealing notes of citrus fruit, fresh flowers and a distinctive salinity through to the finish.
