Domaine Lamy-Caillat Saint-Aubin En l`Ébaupin 2018 is a full-bodied Burgundy white wine from the lieu-dit of En l`Ébaupin in the St-Aubin appellation of the Côte de Beaune. This new release from Lamy-Caillat is produced from a steeply sloping vineyard parcel in the valley that runs from Saint-Aubin to La Rochepot. The vines were planted in 2015. "The 2018 Saint-Aubin En l’Ebaupin 1er Cru is a new addition to this diminutive domaine, courtesy of vines planted in 2015, pruned short with six buds per vines. It has a crisp, delineated bouquet with crushed slate filtering through the citrus fruit; precise and a little austere at the moment. The well-defined palate offers a touch of praline on the opening. There is a fine bead of acidity here. Very harmonious, with a hint of apricot and dried mango toward the finish. Superb." Vinous, 2020
