Ruinart was founded in 1729 by Dom Ruinart’s nephew Nicolas in 1729 and it is one of the oldest champagne houses in France. On the nose, Ruinart Brut NV is delicate and fruity, with pronounced aromas of fresh pears, hazelnuts and almonds, followed by hints of white flower, pastry and buttered brioche. On the palate, it is fresh and rounded, marked by a crystal-clear minerality and long finish.
