Royal Lochnagar is an historic distillery located on the edge of the Balmoral estate. The distillery was awarded its royal prefix in 1848, following a visit and tasting by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Today, much of its production is released as single malt, although it also contributes to high-end blended whiskies, such as Johnnie Walker Blue Label. This is a special edition of their single malt released in 2020 to mark the distillery’s 175th anniversary.
