From the prestigious Austrian producer Rochelt comes this refined eau-de-vie made with local Muscat grapes. Here the berries are hand-harvested and de-stemmed before being mashed for fermentation. Once the distillation process is concluded, the spirit is aged for a minimum of 12 years in glass demijohns prior to bottling. This 4cl miniature format is the perfect way to sample the spirit before committing to a full-size bottle or present as a gift.
