The Gräfenberg vineyard is notable for the intense crushed stone minerality it imbues and this distinctive characteristic runs throughout this wine. The sweet rush of ripe, later-harvested fruit hits up front but subsides to a reveal a wine of delicately tight-knit structure and bright, cleansing acidity. A superbly detailed wine with an exceptionally long finish.
