Richard Leroy Les Noëls de Montbenault 2016 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard white wine produced from Chenin Blanc grapes in the Loire Valley, France. Based in Rablay-sur-Layon, Richard Leroy is renowned as one of the leading natural wine producers in the Loire Valley, producing hypnotising single-site Chenin Blancs from just 2.7ha of biodynamically farmed vines in Anjou. Les Noëls de Montbenault is produced from vines planted at the base of an ancient volcano on a plateau overlooking the river Layon. Dry with sumptuous concentration on the palate, alongside hints of quince and a minerals.
