Rhum Rhum is a fantastic project born out of the collaboration between Luca Gargano of the Velier importing company, master distiller Vittorio Capovilla and Bielle distillery located on Marie Galante, a small island just off the coast of Guadeloupe. Libération 2020 Version Integrale was produced through long fermentation and batch distillation in small copper still bain-marie. These rhums are extra special due to their extensive aging in barrels which previously held wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy.
