Based in Upper Austria, Hans Reisetbauer is widely recognized as one of the greatest producers of eaux-de-vie in Europe, with an extensive portfolio of more than 20 varieties. This elderberry brandy is produced from hand-picked local fruit, which is first destemmed and then fermented in a stainless-steel barrel for 6 days. Bottled at 41.5% ABV, this is a crisp and warming expression, with a palate-cleansing mouthfeel.
