A 10 year aged Rye from the MGP distillery in Indiana made using a super high rye mashbill of 95% to just 5% malted barley and bottled at 58.1%. This is a big, rich Rye that marries notes of molasses, vanilla and caramel with notes of fresh cut grass and ginger. The high ABV makes for a rich, intense palate with spice, liquorice and fennel notes before a long, mellow finish.
