Raventos i Blanc Blanc de Blancs 2022 is a vintage, traditional-method sparkling wine from the Penedès region of Catalan Spain. This is wonderfully drinkable traditional-method sparkling wine from Catalonia produced from a white blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Malvasía de Sitges. The grapes are sourced from the Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over 40 years’ old, and is aged in racks on the lees for 18 months, resulting in a structured, fresh and complex sparkling wine.
