Rathfinny Wine Estate was established in 2010 in Sussex and enjoys the ideal climate, chalk soil and aspect for producing world-class sparkling wine. 2016 is the first vintage of the Classic Cuvée and is composed of 57% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 21% Pinot Meunier, aged on lees for 36 months. It is radiant, expressive and creamy with notes of apple, tangerine, almond brittle and honeydew melon.
