This rosado is made up of 90% Garnacha and 10% Viura, grown at over 500m above sea level, this is a fine and floral rosé. Light peach pink in the glass, red fruit character mingles with apricot and grapefruit nuances together with floral and herbal notes carrying though on a well balanced palate with refreshing acidity. The perfect match for langoustines, grilled asparagus and salmon dishes.
