The grapes undergo meticulous hand-harvesting and sorting before initiating fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with precise temperature control. Following this, the wine matures in French oak barrels, usually for a duration of 18 to 24 months, enhancing its complexity and structural depth. Expect a luxurious and concentrated profile, showcasing dark fruit nuances such as blackberry and blueberry, complemented by floral accents, spices, and a subtle hint of minerality.
