From the gravelly soils of Saint-Émilion, the 2005 Château Quinault L’Enclos is a blend of approximately 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vintage conditions have yielded a wine of notable richness and concentration, with a deep ruby hue and a vibrant aromatic profile. Blackcurrant, mulberry, and kirsch dominate the nose, accented by delicate floral tones and a touch of crushed stone. The palate is full-bodied, with a firm yet polished tannic structure, balanced by fresh acidity.
