Established in 1978, Quilceda Creek is one the greatest producers of Cabernet Sauvignon in Columbia Valley, Washington State. The 2016 is a gorgeous release that leaps from the glass with heavenly scents of blackcurrants, black cherry, anise, violets, dark chocolate and forest floor. With immense purity, finesse and balance on the palate, this is already drinking surprisingly well, however, the best will be discovered a few more years down the track.
