Pursued By Bear is a winery owned and run by ‘Twin Peaks’ actor, Kyle MacLachlan, producing limited quantities of Cabernet and Syrah in the Columbia Valley, Washington. In 2016, this wine was composed of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot sourced from four vineyards with overall production of just 491 cases. It opens with aromas of black cherry, cassis, eucalyptus and mocha. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied and textural, with subtle nuances of cigar box and exotic spices also emerging.
