Based in Puligny-Montrachet, Jean Pascal & Fils is a 15-hectare Domaine run by Jean Pascal’s grandson Yann together with his wife Alexandra. All their wines are barrel fermented and aged on the fine lees for 12 months prior to bottling. This is their village-level Puligny-Montrachet, made from vines that have an average age of 44 years. The 2021 vintage is approachable now but would benefit from some cellaring.
