A powerful red wine, PSI (named after the 23rd letter of the Greek alphabet), is an exciting project from renowned Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck, with the aim of bottling the soul of Ribera del Duero. Blue and red fruits on the nose, with liquorice and spiced complexity. Black fruits come to the fore on the palate, structured by refreshing acidity and wonderfully fine-grained tannins.
