Psagot Edom 2020 is a kosher Bordeaux-style red wine from the Judean Hills region of Israel. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, this 2020 vintage is matured for 12-14 months on French oak barrels and displays notes of cassis, cigar box and green pepper, with hints of plum, violet and espresso on a satin-textured textured palate.
