Petit Castel (Kosher) 2020

Domaine du Castel Petit Castel 2020 is a kosher Bordeaux blend from the Judean Hills region of Israel. From vineyards planted at 750m above sea level on soils of iron-rich clay and limestone in the mountains of Jerusalem, the Petit Castel cuvée is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The wine is matured for 12 months in French oak barrels followed by a further four months in concrete tanks prior to bottling. A classically delineated Bordeaux blend with rich, sweetly spiced red and black fruits complemented by notes of mocha and cigar box.
