Distillerie de Port-au-Prince is one of the newest distilleries in the Caribbean and it has only been built in 2018. Dunder & Syrup is only their 2nd release, using sugarcanes from fellow rum producer Michel Sajous. Bottled at 56% ABV, this is a full-bodied rum which combines aromas of tropical fruits, fresh herbs and a touch of honey.
