Jonathan Didier Pabiot is a young and talented winemaker who comes from a winemaking family with a long-standing tradition in the region. He is also one of the few biodynamic producers in the Pouilly Fumé`s appellation. This release is named after Pabiot’s son and made from the old vines. Expect a pronounced mineral character, complemented by fruity freshness and a long finish.
