Château Potensac is the prestigious Médoc estate of the Delon family, which also operates Clos du Marquis in Saint-Julien and Château Nenin in Pomerol. Th château was one of the nine producers awarded the Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel status in the 2003 reclassification, the highest possible designation. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 47% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It is a bright, medium-bodied wine, with a pronounced mineral character and gentle floral accents.
