The Benefizio vineyard at Castello di Pomino is one of the highest on the estate which helps retain acidity and encourages aromatic elegance in the wine. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is fermented and aged in barrels with additional lees-stirring lending subtle richness and toasty notes. The bouquet is delicate with scents of candied orange, apricot and white flowers.
