Polugar, more commonly known as Bread Wine, is a traditional, historical form of vodka using copper pot stills and lower proof distillation which retains more flavour rather than the newer column stills distillation methods in use across Russia. The base is their standard wheat and rye Polugar which is then infused with cherries. Heavy notes of sour cherries with a lovely delicate oiliness on the palate. Wonderful for a whole array of cocktails, or as a substitute for Vermouth.
