Founded in the 1990s by drinks entrepreneur Alexandre Gabriel, Plantation Rum’s mission is to create artisanal blends of the some of the best rums from the Caribbean and Latin America. This particular expression is a single cask rum distilled in Barbados in 2014 and released in 2021. The liquid was finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, creating a rich, almost balsamic rum, brimming with spices and tropical fruits. Best enjoyed neat.
