The history of Champagne Pierre Moncuit dates back to 1889 when Pierre Moncuit established the Maison. Today, it is managed by the fifth generation of the family, carrying on the tradition of producing high-quality champagnes. The 2012 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a blend of 50% Chardonnay from Les Chétillons and 50% from Les Vignes Blanches. The wine offers up a stunning nose of white flowers, citrus, and brioche. On the palate, it is full-bodied, creamy, and incredibly long.
