Pierre Gerbais is a family-run champagne producer located in the Côte des Bar, in the Aube region of Champagne. The estate, managed by the fourth-generation winemaker Aurélien Gerbais, is known for its commitment to sustainable viticulture. `La Loge’ is a non-vintage cuvée crafted from 100% Pinot Blanc. The grapes are sourced from a single vineyard site called ‘La Loge’, which is characterized by its limestone and clay soils, providing a unique terroir expression. Expect notes of pears, stone fruit, spring flowers and white pepper.
