Petit et Bajan Promise NV is a non-vintage Champagne produced by Champagne Petit et Bajan in Avize, France. One of the newer names in Champagne, Petit & Bajan are a récoltant-manipulant producing exceptional wines exclusively from their Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Cramant, Oger and Verzenay. Promise is a limited-edition, non-vintage Champagne aged for seven years on lees. It combines the verve and structure of Chardonnay from the village of Avize with the spice and vinosity of Verzenay Pinot Noir.
