Disgorged in the late 1980s, this vintage cuvée is a blend of 49% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir and 5% Meunière. Golden yellow in colour, it has a mature nose showing roasted nuts, burnt sugar, dates, apricots and a touch of honey. Acidic palate with dried fruit on the mid to late and with an intense finish of ripe red apples. Enjoy it with a selection of French soft cheeses such as Brie De Meaux or Délice de Bourgogne.
