The legend of Ferrari sparkling wines began in 1902 with Giulio Ferrari and his dream of creating a wine in Trentino that was capable of rivalling the best wines of Champagne. First produced in 1971, Perlé is a vintage Traditional Method sparkling wine produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes hand-harvested from estate-owned vineyards. As a result of an extended maturation in the bottle (around 50 months), this is the epitome of elegance, freshness and deep complexity.
