This is the second batch of Israeli single malt from the Pelter Distillery, which went through five years of maturation. The whisky spent the first four years in first-fill Jim Beam bourbon barrels, after which the liquid was split into two parcels to mature in different casks – one was aged in Cognac casks from Otard, while the other was aged in Pelter`s own brandy casks. The whisky was then married back together and bottled up at 51.3% ABV.
