Peccavi Chardonnay 2019 is a medium-bodied dry white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Margaret River region of Western Australia. Peccavi is a family-run boutique winery located in Yallingup Ridge in the north of Margaret River. The 2019 Chardonnay underwent only partial malolactic conversion and was matured in 30% new Burgundy barrels for 11 months with regular lees stirring. "The 2019 Peccavi Chardonnay offers a ripe bouquet of nectarine, straw and fresh fig. Lean and mineral, this medium to full-bodied wine presents on the palate with notes of toasty oak, vanilla and tangerines with flavours of pear and pineapple." James Halliday, 2021
